A calmer way to prepare for interviews
Preparation becomes easier when you focus on your own experiences rather than the perfect script. Strong conversations start with genuine curiosity and a clear sense of what matters to you.
Start with a story, not a speech
Think through two or three projects that reflect the way you solve problems. Describe the context, your role, the choices you made and what changed as a result.
Ask questions that invite real answers
Good questions reveal how teams collaborate, handle challenges and measure progress. Try asking what success looks like in the first few months.
Leave room to breathe
Plan time before the conversation to review your notes, check your setup and gather your thoughts. Clarity often comes from simplicity.
